Mission briefing

What is this?

Use this FPS Sensitivity Converter when you already have a comfortable sensitivity in one shooter and want a practical starting point in another. GlobalPlay converts by cm/360 when both games have a known profile, then shows eDPI so you can sanity-check the result. This is not a replacement for in-game testing. Different movement speed, recoil, FOV, heroes, scopes, and aim styles can change what feels best, so use the converted value as a baseline and fine-tune with the PSA Method Calculator.

How to use

  1. 1Pick the game you are converting from and the game you are moving to.
  2. 2Enter your current DPI and in-game sensitivity.
  3. 3If your new mouse DPI is different, enter a target DPI.
  4. 4Copy the converted sensitivity into the new game and test it in a range, deathmatch, or custom lobby.
  5. 5If it feels close but not perfect, open the PSA Method Calculator and narrow the value with lower/higher rounds.

FAQ

Quick answers

How does this FPS sensitivity converter work?

When both games have a known sensitivity profile, it converts by preserving cm/360. That means the physical mouse distance for a full turn stays close across games. It also shows eDPI for reference.

Is eDPI enough to convert between games?

eDPI is useful inside one game family, but different FPS games can use different yaw values. cm/360 is usually a better cross-game anchor when profile data is available.

Can I convert Valorant sensitivity to CS2?

Yes. Enter your Valorant sensitivity and DPI, choose CS2 as the target game, then copy the converted CS2 value. Test it in-game because FOV, recoil, movement, and aim style still matter.

Can I convert to Rainbow Six Siege?

Yes for hipfire/general sensitivity. After that, use the R6 Sensitivity Calculator on GlobalPlay to tune ADS scope values.

Why does Custom FPS show a warning?

Custom FPS has no known yaw profile, so the converter falls back to eDPI. Treat that as a rough starting point instead of a precise cm/360 conversion.
